Primary Objective
- Coordinate specified tasks within the environmental engineering discipline.
- Ensure progress and quality of assigned tasks, supervising engineers and graduates.
- Ensure all work conforms with codes and practices, meets contract specifications, and adheres to schedules and budgets.
- Provide innovative solutions for operating problems in oil, gas, and petrochemical operations.
- Manage and execute engineering tasks within a specific environmental discipline.
- Assist project engineers in preparing contract documents, including design criteria and scope of work.
- Liaise with other engineers to ensure timely deliverables.
- Manage environment-oriented projects as assigned.
- Develop and improve company standards and design methods.
- Engage in technical writing, including reports and operating manuals.
- Train and mentor new engineering graduates for professional development.
- Uphold quality assurance within the Oil and Gas Business Unit.
- Ensure personal safety and compliance with OH&S procedures.
Who You Are
- Self-motivated and proactive, with strong teamwork skills.
- A subject matter expert capable of explaining complex processes clearly.
- Committed to maintaining the integrity of the work scope and applicable codes.
- Experienced in mentoring junior staff and developing training programs.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Engineering degree in Environment or Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent diploma.
- Experience in PMC projects within relevant industries.
- Proficiency with advanced engineering tools and software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse cultures.
- Knowledge of process engineering throughout the project lifecycle in Oil & Gas.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Effective time management and planning skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Willing to engage with clients as needed.

Primary Objective
To develop and manage construction and completions capability across PMC projects, ensuring that design integrity is maintained while managing the execution of processes according to the Field Contract.
Responsibilities
- Promote and drive construction involvement in technical design, scheduling, preliminary execution planning, and cost estimating.
- Develop and maintain familiarity with construction support providers/contractors and their ongoing workload.
- Oversee all construction and completions personnel, ensuring technical competence.
- Forecast construction engineering resource requirements and allocate resources accordingly.
- Prepare man-hour estimates for project tasks.
- Promote cost reduction and productivity-enhancing initiatives.
- Prepare weekly progress and expenditure reports specific to projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with experience in major oil and gas projects in a lead role.
- Relevant postgraduate experience.
- Familiarity with managing heavy lifting equipment and large earth-moving activities.
- Proven track record in leading a team within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Experience in pre-commissioning, commissioning, and performance testing.
- Skilled in specification, evaluation, and documentation of equipment.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

- الإلمام بإدارة معدات الرفع الثقيلة والأنشطة الكبرى للحفر.
- سجل مثبت في قيادة فريق في صناعة النفط والغاز.
- خبرة في مراحل ما قبل التشغيل، التشغيل، واختبار الأداء.
- مهارات في تحديد المواصفات، التقييم، وتوثيق المعدات.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن مواعيد نهائية ضيقة وإعطاء الأولوية للمهام بشكل فعال.
