We are looking for a Supply Planning Lead to join our team in Kuwait. Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, you will play a key role in managing, developing, and optimizing the supply planning process for the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and Prepare Forecasts: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to review sales forecasts and adjust based on warehouse stock, transit inventory, and safety stock levels.
- Manage Inventory: Issue purchase orders to internal and external suppliers, and manage inventory across all warehouses while ensuring product availability and waste reduction.
- Warehouse Policies: Implement and monitor warehouse procedures, including storage, material handling, returns, damage management, and expiry controls.
- Stock-Related Reporting: Prepare stock reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to review and improve processes.
- Support Warehouse Efficiency: Work with our joint venture partner to ensure efficient warehouse management and timely delivery of stock.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: Preferably in Supply Chain Management.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in supply planning, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Skills: Strong planning and time management skills, with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Team Player: A collaborative attitude with the ability to make decisions and show initiative.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
- Kuwait Regulations: Basic knowledge of customs, food safety, and local regulations is a plus.

- إعداد التقارير المتعلقة بالمخزون: إعداد تقارير المخزون ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) للمراجعة والتحسين.
- دعم كفاءة المستودعات: العمل مع شريكنا لضمان كفاءة إدارة المستودعات وتسليم المخزون في الوقت المناسب.
المؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس: يفضل في إدارة سلسلة الإمداد.
- الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تخطيط الإمداد، ويفضل في صناعة السلع الاستهلاكية.
- المهارات: مهارات قوية في التخطيط وإدارة الوقت، بعقلية استباقية وموجهة نحو النتائج.
- فريق العمل: قدرة على اتخاذ القرارات والمبادرة، مع روح العمل الجماعي.
- المعرفة التقنية: إجادة Microsoft Excel و SAP.
- قوانين الكويت: معرفة أساسية بالجمارك وسلامة الغذاء واللوائح المحلية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
