Job Description:
Tuta Sushi is looking for a dedicated Driver to ensure the timely and safe delivery of goods to our customers. In this role, you will transport products from our warehouse to various locations, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. We seek a reliable individual who can manage their time effectively and maintain a positive attitude while interacting with customers and team members.
Note: A company vehicle will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections for safety compliance.
- Load and unload products efficiently to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including mileage and fuel consumption.
- Communicate with dispatchers and customers about delivery schedules and issues.
- Adhere to traffic laws and company policies for safe driving.
- Assist in inventory management by reporting any discrepancies or damages.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle.
- Participate in training sessions for driving skills and safety awareness.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably in delivery or logistics.
- Valid Kuwaiti driver's license with a clean record.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy packages and perform physical tasks.
- Familiarity with local roads and traffic regulations.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Skills:
- Proficient in operating various types of delivery vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Ability to navigate using GPS and maps.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing delivery schedules.
- Basic mechanical skills for vehicle maintenance.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
- Good physical fitness for lifting and moving packages.

المرشح المفضل:
- خبرة مثبتة كسائق، ويفضل في توصيل أو لوجستيات.
- رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية وسجل قيادة نظيف.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة الوقت وقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل.
- مهارات تواصل بين شخصية ممتازة.
- القدرة على رفع الطرود الثقيلة وأداء المهام البدنية.
- معرفة جيدة بالطرق المحلية واللوائح المرورية.
- معرفة أساسية بصيانة المركبات وحل المشكلات.
- الاستعداد للعمل في ساعات مرنة، بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والقدرة على التكيف.
