She launched HD Boutique Shop for Professional Makeup and Brushes after her company's success.

Mrs. Dashti is the first Kuwaiti and Gulf woman to develop a Middle Eastern beauty brand and trademark it in Europe, France, and internationally (HD). The tenacity that led to participation in big exhibitions attracted many segments, especially Kuwaiti women who follow the latest trends and are unique in the makeup and fashion industry.

- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with graphic design software is an added advantage.
