After Sales Service Director
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the after-sales service team effectively.
- Develop and implement an after-sales service strategy aligned with the company's objectives and market demand.
- Oversee and optimize after-sales service processes to ensure efficiency and smooth customer support.
- Enhance after-sales service quality to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Over 10 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in team management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the energy storage or lithium battery industry.
- Strategic Implementation:
- Ability to decompose and implement regional goals based on headquarters' strategic planning.
- Localization Expertise:
- Skilled in building localized service teams and establishing robust service resources and capabilities.
- International Coordination:
- Competence in managing service communications across multiple countries within the region.
- Collaboration:
- Regularly update headquarters on project progress and regional work developments.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
