Job Opportunity: Service Center/Workshop/After-Sales Manager
A reputable company in Kuwait specializing in cleaning tools and equipment is looking for a Service Center/Workshop/After-Sales Manager. This position is open to candidates currently residing inside Kuwait.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, manage, and develop the electronics technical support team and oversee the Department's electronics workshop.
- Diagnose, service, repair, and modify complex and sophisticated equipment and infrastructure used in teaching and research.
- Offer advice and technical support to staff and students regarding design, construction, and problem-solving of electronic equipment and systems.
- Source and procure new instruments and equipment, liaising with specialized engineers, manufacturers, and suppliers.
- Negotiate the best prices and manage the annual budget for the Electronics Workshop.
- Maintain workshop consumable stocks and undertake professional development aligned with the role requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including proven experience as a Service Center Manager.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of machines.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal car.
- Bilingual (preferred).
- Age not exceeding 45 years.

المسؤوليات
- الإشراف وإدارة وتطوير فريق الدعم الفني للإلكترونيات وإدارة ورشة عمل الإلكترونيات الخاصة بالقسم.
- تشخيص الأعطال وصيانة وإصلاح المعدات والبنية التحتية المعقدة المستخدمة في التعليم والبحث.
- تقديم النصائح والمساعدة والدعم الفني للموظفين والطلاب حول تصميم المعدات الإلكترونية وبنائها وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بها.
- شراء الأدوات والمعدات الجديدة بالتشاور مع المهندسين والفنيين المتخصصين والمصنعين والموردين.
- التفاوض للحصول على أفضل الأسعار وإدارة ميزانية ورشة الإلكترونيات السنوية.
- الحفاظ على مخزون المواد الاستهلاكية المستخدمة في الورشة والتطوير المهني وفقًا لمتطلبات الدور.
المؤهلات
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات، تشمل خبرة مثبتة كمدير مركز خدمة.
- معرفة قوية بالمكونات الميكانيكية والكهربائية والإلكترونية للآلات.
- درجة بكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة (يفضل الهندسة).
- رخصة قيادة سارية وامتلاك سيارة.
- إتقان لغتين (يفضل).
- العمر لا يتجاوز 45 سنة.
