Position Summary:
The Laundry Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations within the laundry department, ensuring high-quality cleaning and finishing of all hotel linens, guest garments, and staff uniforms. This role involves managing the laundry team, maintaining equipment, and ensuring service standards align with the hotel's 5-star reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Supervise the daily operations of the laundry department, ensuring timely and efficient handling of linens, garments, and uniforms.
- Staff Management: Lead, train, and manage the laundry team to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality service.
- Quality Control: Ensure all linens, garments, and uniforms meet the highest quality standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain laundry equipment in top condition, arranging for repairs when necessary.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
- Budget and Cost Control: Monitor and manage the department's budget, ensuring costs are controlled.
- Guest Service: Ensure that all laundry services provided meet guest expectations.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Laundry Manager or in a similar supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of laundry processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

مدير المغسلة مسؤول عن الإشراف على جميع العمليات داخل قسم المغسلة، وضمان التنظيف والتشطيب عالي الجودة لجميع أغطية السرير في الفندق، وملابس الضيوف، وزي الموظفين. يتطلب هذا الدور إدارة فريق المغسلة، وصيانة المعدات، وضمان تقديم خدمة استثنائية تتماشى مع سمعة الفندق الخمس نجوم.المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إدارة العمليات: الإشراف على العمليات اليومية لقسم المغسلة، وضمان التعامل الفعال مع الأغطية، الملابس، والزي الرسمي في الوقت المحدد.
- إدارة الموظفين: قيادة وتدريب وإدارة فريق المغسلة لضمان تدفق العمل الفعال وتقديم خدمة عالية الجودة.

- الميزانية والتحكم في التكاليف: مراقبة وإدارة ميزانية القسم، وضمان التحكم في التكاليف.
- خدمة الضيوف: ضمان أن جميع خدمات المغسلة تفي بتوقعات الضيوف.
- الامتثال والسلامة: ضمان الامتثال لمعايير النظافة والسلامة.
المؤهلات:
- خبرة مثبتة كمدير مغسلة أو في دور إشرافي مماثل في صناعة الضيافة.
- مهارات قوية في القيادة والإدارة.
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت ممتازة.
- معرفة بعمليات المغسلة والمعدات ولوائح السلامة.
- القدرة على العمل في ساعات مرنة، بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية.
