Senior Designer/Art Director
About the job
Responsibilities:
- Lead creative projects from concept to execution across various platforms.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency.
- Oversee and review the work of junior designers to maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and strategy, to align designs with business goals.
- Present creative concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends to inspire innovative and competitive designs.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
- Provide mentorship and foster growth within the creative team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Designer, Art Director, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, branding, and conceptual thinking.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for high-quality design.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
