Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Agent Pharmacist at Wasfa Kuwait in Kuwait City. The Call Agent Pharmacist will be responsible for managing pharmacy relationships, analyzing market intelligence, providing exceptional customer service, and leveraging knowledge in medicine.
Qualifications
- Pharmacy and Medicine knowledge
- Market Intelligence and Communication skills
- Customer Service expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
