Duties may include but will not be limited to:

• Evaluate internal project requests from Kuwait Steel clients (SMP, RM1, RM2, LDP and Yard 2) to determine the scope of work, the project’s feasibility and resource requirements.
• Manage and develop the scope of work phase after project feasibility has been confirmed and the job request converted to a service request to external contractors.
• Develop conceptual and detailed mechanical engineering designs for requested projects, considering functionality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Specify the materials, equipment and components required for the project implementation, considering factors as quality, durability and compatibility with existing systems.
• Written approval of project scope of work by the internal end user before conducting the request for quotation (RFQ) phase from the market for mechanical engineering projects.
• Manage the RFQ project phase for all mechanical engineering projects as per the P&E and FM Department policies.

Continuous Casting Machine/Caster Operator

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs Tundish Preheating including operation of Preheater, Refractory Inspection, Nozzle cleaning and CNC cylinder checking. 
• Performs dummy bar preparation, centering and installation of quick sealing device. 
• Conducts mold packing, setting all controls to ready cast position, mold inspection and oil flow test. 
• Carries out tundish preparation for casting such as nozzle cleaning, tundish centering, nozzle bottom plugging and nozzle filling.
• Performs ladle receiving activities like slide gate cylinder fixing/removal, ladle cover placing/removal, ladle shroud cleaning and re-attachment and ladle teeming throughout the casting period. 
• Performs mold tendering including slag fishing, mold level checking, wetting nozzle cleaning, nozzle changing, metal splashes cleaning and monitor abnormal oscillation. 
• Carries out manual cutting of billets during cutting torch failures, emergency billet evacuation during breakout and early disconnection. 

Mechanical Technician - Steel Melting Plant

Duties may include but will not be limited to:

• Carrying out maintenance activities (preventive and corrective maintenance) as per SAP work order and giving back proper feedback.
• Inspection of responsible/allocated area equipment, reporting any abnormality to the higher level and recording it in the logbook and checklists in SAP.
• Correcting the identified abnormalities under the supervision of the superior.
• Attending breakdowns, minimizing delays and unplanned shutdowns.
• Implementing & following the instructions from the management.
• Coordinating with other departments and working as a team.
• Carrying out daily shift activities and following through with the problems.
• Proper maintenance of equipment/facilities and carrying out repair works and keeping spares ready.
• Studying the system, proper tools handling, safekeeping and working effectively to reduce the maintenance cost.

Electronic Specialist

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in electronic systems, automation, PLC programming, and control theory.

مهندس ضمان الجودة

مسؤوليات الوظيفة

• للمساعدة في تطوير وثائق نظام الجودة (الإجراءات، تعليمات العمل، وما إلى ذلك)
• التنسيق مع المشرفين بشأن الأنشطة المتعلقة بالجودة.
• العمل كمركز مساعدة لضمان الجودة لمساعدة الأقسام / المشاريع في تفسير الإجراءات وتنفيذها.
• إعداد تقرير ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة الشهري للإدارة.
• مراقبة وتجميع وتحديث التقارير المطلوبة.
• المسؤول عن تحديث وصيانة مستندات نظام إدارة الجودة في الخادم والأصول الموقعة.
• الالتزام بقواعد السلامة وفقًا لسياسة/دليل الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.

• مساعدة المدقق الرئيسي في إعداد تقارير التدقيق وتقارير عدم المطابقة.
• المساعدة في تطوير خطط التدقيق بما يتماشى مع نظام إدارة الجودة في الشركة.

مسؤوليات الوظيفة

• • جمع وإدخال سجلات البيانات الدقيقة وإعداد التقارير (يدويًا ومحوسبًا) وفقًا لإجراءات الشركة.
• • التأكد من إدخال البيانات وتخزينها وصيانتها بشكل صحيح.
• • التحقق من سجلات البيانات (يدويًا ومحوسبًا) حسب التوجيهات من حيث الدقة والوضوح.
• • تحديث قواعد البيانات أو السجلات بالمعلومات الجديدة عند توفرها.
• • فرز وتصنيف وترتيب واسترجاع المعلومات حسب المحتوى أو الغرض أو معايير المستخدم أو الترتيب العددي.

موظف الجمارك

مسؤوليات الوظيفة

• • المتابعة اليومية والفورية لجميع واردات الشركة في كافة الموانئ وفقاً لأوامر الشراء والشحن من إدارة المشتريات ومشاريع الشركة والأقسام ذات الصلة، ومتابعة إرسال ووصول واستلام المستندات الأصلية اللازمة للتخليص.
• • ترتيب وإعداد كافة المستندات اللازمة لتخليص الواردات قبل وصولها ومتابعتها مع الإدارات ذات الصلة داخل الشركة ووكلاء الشحن وشركات التخليص والموردين وأي جهة حكومية تتطلب إعداد المستندات قبل الوصول.
• • تنظيم ومراقبة كافة المعاملات والمستندات المتعلقة بأوامر التسليم ومستندات الشحن والتصاريح اللازمة للتخليص.
• • مسئول عن مراجعة المعلومات والبيانات اللازمة لإتمام عملية التخليص الجمركي مع تحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن الدقة والصحة.
• • متابعة وإعداد كافة المستندات المطلوبة من إدارة الجمارك للإعفاءات وما يعادلها.
• • التنسيق والمتابعة اليومية مع كافة الإدارات والمشاريع ذات الصلة داخل الشركة فيما يتعلق بالشحنات الواردة.
• • مراقبة ومراجعة عروض الأسعار من شركات الشحن والتخليص الجمركي المحلية والدولية.
• • متابعة ما بعد تخليص كل شحنة واردة مع إدارة مستودعات الشركة للتأكد من مطابقة الشحنة للمستندات والفواتير.
• • الالتزام بتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات الشركة.
• • أية مهام أخرى يتم تكليفه بها من قبل المدير المباشر.

مهندس تطبيقات - SAP / صيانة المصنع

مسؤوليات الوظيفة

• • تحليل تصميم عملية الأعمال الحالية واختبارها واقتراح الحلول المناسبة وصيانة أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات لتبسيط عمليات الأعمال.
• • العمل على تنفيذ أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) للوحدات القابلة للتطبيق.
• • العمل كحلقة وصل بين الأعمال ومُدمج النظام لمتطلبات المشروع طوال مراحل التنفيذ.
• • التنسيق مع أعضاء الفريق الآخرين بشأن العملية/القضايا المتكاملة مع الوحدات الأخرى.
• • التنسيق والمتابعة مع شريك دعم تخطيط موارد المؤسسات فيما يتعلق بالحوادث التي تم رفعها والتطورات والاستشارات الأخرى.
• • إدارة تعيين التفويض للمستخدمين وفقًا للموافقات من مدير المشروع ومديري الأقسام.
• • العمل على قضايا الوحدة الأخرى أثناء غياب أعضاء الفريق الأساسي المعنيين.
• • توثيق التصميم والمواصفات الوظيفية والفنية وتعليمات التثبيت وغيرها من المعلومات المتعلقة بالنظام.
• • تطوير التقارير بناءً على المتطلبات واحتياجات العمل وفقًا لأدوات ERP القياسية (رسام التقارير/الاستعلامات).
• • إجراء تكوين النظام وتحسين الوحدة المعنية بناءً على متطلبات العمل.
• • إجراء جلسات تدريبية للمستخدمين النهائيين وإعداد أدلة تدريب للمستخدمين النهائيين.
