Are you a highly skilled accounting professional with a strong background in accounts payable? We are looking for a Senior Accountant to lead our AP operations and contribute to a growing and dynamic finance team in Kuwait.

🧾 Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Accounts Payable operations

• Review and verify vendor invoices, payments, and documents  ↚

• Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments

• Maintain accurate AP records and financial documentation

• Prepare AP aging reports and reconcile accounts

• Match purchase orders (POs), invoices, and receipts

• Support monthly and year-end closings

• Handle vendor inquiries and assist in internal and external audits

📌 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or CA / CA Inter

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Kuwait

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable workflows and financial systems

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Prior experience supervising a team is an advantage

• Must be currently residing in Kuwait with a transferable residency

🧾 المهام والمسؤوليات

• الإشراف على العمليات اليومية لحسابات الدفع (AP)

• مراجعة وفحص الفواتير والمدفوعات والمستندات

• ضمان دفع الفواتير للموردين في الوقت المحدد

• الاحتفاظ بسجلات مالية دقيقة لحسابات الدفع

• إعداد تقارير الشيخوخة الخاصة بحسابات الموردين (AP aging)  ↚

• مطابقة أوامر الشراء والفواتير وإيصالات الاستلام

• دعم عمليات الإغلاق الشهري والسنوي

• التعامل مع استفسارات الموردين والمشاركة في عمليات التدقيق

📌 الشروط

• حاصل على ماجستير في المحاسبة أو المالية، أو CA / CA Inter

• خبرة عملية من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في نفس المجال (ويُفضل داخل الكويت)

• مهارات تحليلية واتصالية ممتازة

• القدرة على إدارة فريق عمل تُعد ميزة إضافية

• يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيمًا داخل الكويت ويمتلك إقامة قابلة للتحويل
