What will I be doing?

Room Attendant / Accommodation Attendant
What will I be doing?
As a Room Attendant, you are responsible for cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Room Attendant will also be required to manage guest requests. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms
- Vacuum rooms and corridors
- Change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities in line with company guidelines
- Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks
- Restock and maintain trolley on daily basis
- Report any missing or damaged items to the Housekeeping Supervisor and own the responsibility to ensure that the items are replaced or repaired to create an uninterrupted or impaired stay for the Guest

What will I be doing?
- As Receptionist, you will ensure the satisfaction of executive Guests throughout their stay at the hotel by responding efficiently to their enquiries and offering advice and information as requested.
- An Executive Lounge Receptionist contributes to the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Welcome executive Guests on arrival and assist them during their stay dealing efficiently with enquiries and any complaints
- Process accurately check-ins and check-out
- Ensure that all Guest supplies and amenities are offered and replenished to the required standards
- Stay current with all hotel services as well as VIP requests and special events
- Demonstrate a knowledge of external locations, attractions and landmarks in the vicinity
- Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and Guest service
- Comply with Hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation

- تنظيف غرف الضيوف والحمامات
- غرف وممرات الفراغ
- تغيير وتجديد بياضات الأسرّة والمناشف ووسائل الراحة للضيوف بما يتماشى مع إرشادات الشركة
- القيام بمهام التنظيف العميق بشكل منتظم
- إعادة تخزين العربة وصيانتها على أساس يومي
- الإبلاغ عن أي عناصر مفقودة أو تالفة إلى مشرف التدبير المنزلي وتحمل مسؤولية التأكد من استبدال العناصر أو إصلاحها لإنشاء إقامة متواصلة أو معطلة للضيف

- يساهم موظف الاستقبال في الصالة التنفيذية في الانطباعات الأولى لضيوفنا، وبالتالي، يجب عليه أداء المهام التالية بأعلى المعايير:
