Summary

• You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
•  The Steward is responsible to ensure a clean and sanitary work environment in the kitchen and stewarding areas, and to wash, clean and stock operating equipment and kitchen utensils.

Qualifications

•  Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards
•  1-2 years’ work experience as Steward in a hotel or restaurant with good standards
•  Good time management
•  Team player and able to communicate properly
•  Attention to detail

Waitress

Summary

• The Waitress is responsible to serve food & beverage to guests in the assigned place of work, and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction .

Qualifications

•  Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management 
•  Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations 
•  Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must 
•  Passionate about sharing success stories 
•  Takes pride of personal appearance

Commis I

Qualifications

•  At least 1-year work experience as Commis I or 2 years as Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards.
•  Basic Culinary skills – prefer work experience in hot kitchen / Garde Manger / ala carte kitchen.
•  Basic food hygiene knowledge or completed HACCP foundation course would be an added advantage.
•  Hands on experience with the basics of Cuisines like – Indian / Arabic / Continental.

المؤهلات

•  من الأفضل أن يكون حاصلاً على درجة أو دبلومة ذات صلة في إدارة الضيافة أو السياحة 
•  خبرة عمل لا تقل عن سنتين في العمليات الفندقية 
•  تعتبر خدمة العملاء الجيدة ومهارات التواصل والتعامل الشخصي أمرًا ضروريًا 
•  شغوف بمشاركة قصص النجاح 
•  يفتخر بمظهره الشخصي

Commis I

المؤهلات

•  - خبرة عمل لمدة سنة على الأقل كمندوب من الدرجة الأولى أو سنتين كمتدرب في فندق أو مطعم بمستويات جيدة.
•  المهارات الأساسية في الطهي - تفضل الخبرة العملية في المطبخ الساخن / Garde Manger / مطبخ ala carte.
•  ستكون المعرفة الأساسية بنظافة الأغذية أو إكمال دورة HACCP الأساسية ميزة إضافية.
•  خبرة عملية في أساسيات المطابخ مثل - الهندية / العربية / القارية.
