Required Jobs In Combined Contracting Group and their details:

Internal Auditor

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in preparing a plan for each audit process.
• Execute detailed audit processes by reviewing documents, records, reports, and policies and procedures, and draft related reports.
• Keep IA supervisor informed of the status of audits in progress and any potential problems or significant audit findings as they arise.
• Ensures that documentation obtained contains sufficient, competent, and relevant evidential matter to support the conclusions reached.
• Ensure procedures, policies, legislation and regulations are correctly followed and complied with.

• Evaluate internal controls in the audit area assigned and provide input to the development of the audit scope and audit procedures.
• Provide supporting information for audit reports, including action plans to achieve visible improvements to internal controls and processes.
• Perform follow-up on the status of outstanding internal audit observations and report pending audit recommendations.
• Provide guidance for other auditors.  ↚  
• Abide to safety regulations as per HSE policy/manual
• Non- Disclosure policy as per CGC Non- Disclosure Procedure and Kuwait labor law

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or any suitable discipline
• 3 to 6 years of work experience as an auditor
• Understanding of the technical aspects of accounting and financial reporting
• Experience in the construction field will be an advantage
• Communication Skills – Written and Oral
• Good command in Arabic & English languages
• Experience working with Microsoft Office

مسؤوليات الوظيفة

• المشاركة في إعداد خطة لكل عملية تدقيق.
• تنفيذ عمليات التدقيق التفصيلية من خلال مراجعة المستندات والسجلات والتقارير والسياسات والإجراءات، وإعداد التقارير ذات الصلة.
• إبقاء مشرف التدقيق الداخلي على اطلاع بحالة عمليات التدقيق الجارية وأي مشاكل محتملة أو نتائج تدقيق مهمة عند ظهورها.
• يتأكد من أن الوثائق التي تم الحصول عليها تحتوي على أدلة كافية وكفؤة وذات صلة لدعم الاستنتاجات التي تم التوصل إليها.
• التأكد من اتباع الإجراءات والسياسات والتشريعات واللوائح بشكل صحيح والامتثال لها.

• تقييم الضوابط الداخلية في مجال التدقيق المخصص وتقديم المدخلات لتطوير نطاق التدقيق وإجراءات التدقيق.
• توفير المعلومات الداعمة لتقارير التدقيق، بما في ذلك خطط العمل لتحقيق تحسينات مرئية للضوابط والعمليات الداخلية.
• متابعة حالة ملاحظات التدقيق الداخلي المعلقة والإبلاغ عن توصيات التدقيق المعلقة.
• توفير التوجيه للمراجعين الآخرين.
• الالتزام بقواعد السلامة وفقًا لسياسة/دليل الصحة والسلامة والبيئة  ↚  
• سياسة عدم الإفصاح وفقًا لإجراءات عدم الإفصاح الخاصة بشركة CGC وقانون العمل الكويتي

المؤهلات والخبرة

• درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة / المالية أو أي تخصص مناسب
• من 3 إلى 6 سنوات من الخبرة في العمل كمدقق حسابات
• فهم الجوانب الفنية للمحاسبة والتقارير المالية
• ستكون الخبرة في مجال البناء ميزة
• مهارات الاتصال - الكتابية والشفوية
• إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية
• خبرة في العمل مع Microsoft Office
