• استقبال المرضى والزوار في مكتب الاستقبال

• الرد على الاستفسارات وتوجيه المرضى للأقسام المناسبة

• تنظيم سجلات المرضى وجدولة المواعيد

• الحفاظ على مظهر مرتب واحترافي لمكتب الاستقبال

• التنسيق مع الأطباء والموظفين لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة
