Architectural Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
• Review architectural drawings and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor progress against project schedules and report on milestones.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards.↚ 
• Provide technical guidance and resolve issues on-site.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in architectural site engineering.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

مهندس موقع معماري

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• الإشراف على أنشطة الموقع اليومية وضمان التنفيذ السلس للمشروع.
• مراجعة الرسومات المعمارية والتنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين من الباطن وفرق المشروع.
• راقب التقدم المحرز في جدول المشروع وأبلغ عن المعالم البارزة.
• ضمان الالتزام بلوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
• إجراء عمليات تفتيش للموقع للحفاظ على معايير الجودة.
• توفير التوجيه الفني وحل المشكلات في الموقع.

المؤهلات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
• - خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال هندسة المواقع المعمارية.
• - معرفة قوية بأساليب البناء والمواد والمعايير.↚ 
• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والقيادة.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة مهام متعددة في وقت واحد.
