Medical Receptionist -Female
KLINIK Medical Center, a leader healthcare provider in Kuwait, is actively seeking a Good looking and experienced Female Receptionist to join our customer service team.
- 1. Greet patients and patient visitors, determines nature/ purpose of visit and direct them accordingly.
- 2. Answer queries and make appointments for the patients, over the telephone if necessary.
- 3. Handle patients’ registration, all clinical booking procedures, schedule appointments and do follow ups.
- 4. Monitor and manage patient flow in waiting.
- 5. Ascertain from the patient the Physician he/she desires to consult. Enter necessary information in the system and prepare required documents & appointment slips.
- 6. Guide patients to the proper clinic/patient’s room.
- 7. Provide patients with billing and payment information, taking payments at point of service, handling cash.
- 8. Maintain departmental records and files.
- 9. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with healthcare regulations, technology, and best practices.
Pay: KD300.000 - KD450.000 per month

Registered Nurse (Surgery)
As a Surgery Nurse at KLINIK, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient dental procedures. Your responsibilities will include:
- preparing patients for surgery by disinfecting the correct areas of the body
- stocking the operating rooms with the necessary equipment and supplies
- sterilising the equipment and operating room ahead of the surgery
- assisting surgeons during surgical procedures
- providing care for patients in recovery
- working with surgical teams to establish medication and post-surgery care
- updating the patient's medical record
- cleaning the operating room after the surgery and disposing of medical waste
Pay: KD450.000 - KD550.000 per month

موظفة استقبال طبية - أنثى
يبحث مركز كلينك الطبي، وهو أحد مقدمي الرعاية الصحية الرائدين في الكويت، عن موظفة استقبال جيدة المظهر وذات خبرة للانضمام إلى فريق خدمة العملاء لدينا.
- 1. استقبال المرضى والزوار وتحديد طبيعة الزيارة والغرض منها وتوجيههم وفقًا لذلك.
- 2. الإجابة على الاستفسارات وتحديد المواعيد للمرضى، عبر الهاتف إذا لزم الأمر.
- 3. التعامل مع تسجيل المرضى وجميع إجراءات الحجز السريري وتحديد المواعيد ومتابعتها.
- 4. مراقبة وإدارة تدفق المرضى أثناء الانتظار.
- ٥. استفسر من المريض عن الطبيب الذي يرغب باستشارته. أدخل المعلومات اللازمة في النظام، وأعدّ المستندات المطلوبة وأوراق المواعيد.
- 6. توجيه المرضى إلى العيادة/غرفة المريض المناسبة.
- 7. تزويد المرضى بمعلومات الفواتير والدفع، وتلقي المدفوعات في نقطة الخدمة، والتعامل مع النقد.
- 8. الحفاظ على السجلات والملفات الإدارية.
- 9. المشاركة في التدريب والتطوير المستمر للبقاء على اطلاع بأحدث لوائح الرعاية الصحية والتكنولوجيا وأفضل الممارسات.
الراتب: 300.000 د.ك - 450.000 د.ك شهريًا

ممرضة مسجلة (جراحة)
بصفتك ممرض جراحة في كلينيك، ستلعب دورًا محوريًا في ضمان إجراءات طب الأسنان بسلاسة وفعالية. تشمل مسؤولياتك ما يلي:
- إعداد المرضى لإجراء العمليات الجراحية عن طريق تطهير المناطق الصحيحة من الجسم
- تزويد غرف العمليات بالمعدات والإمدادات اللازمة
- تعقيم المعدات وغرفة العمليات قبل الجراحة
- مساعدة الجراحين أثناء العمليات الجراحية
- توفير الرعاية للمرضى في مرحلة التعافي
- العمل مع الفرق الجراحية لتحديد الأدوية والرعاية بعد الجراحة
- تحديث السجل الطبي للمريض
- تنظيف غرفة العمليات بعد الجراحة والتخلص من النفايات الطبية
الراتب: 450.000 - 550.000 د.ك شهريًا
