Product Development Manager
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Formulation of ingredient/process recipes and product-related procedures.
Building relation with suppliers to explore new ingredients and technologies for new products and ingredient matching purposes
- Preparation and update technical specifications and product declarations.
- Follow up on matters relating to recipe, procedures, equipment, and quality on new products after commercial trials.
- Conduct laboratory scale trials and supervise pilot plant trials.
- Updating records of planning and status reports of activities.
- Taking lead role in troubleshooting exercises.
- Developing new product concepts and prototypes.
- Conducting product testing and evaluation.
- Ensuring that new products meet KDD`s quality standards.
- Complying with all relevant regulations.

Required Qualification
- Education: University graduate in Administration or any relevant field (required)
- Work Experience: 3 to 5 years of executive administrative duties, advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Oracle user, skilled in filing workflow and document control, performing a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks and supporting Senior Management and legal teams
- Language: Bilingual (Arabic & English)
- Should have worked on Salah Al Jassem Software/Application.

مدير تطوير المنتجات
تشمل واجبات الوظيفة ما يلي على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
صياغة وصفات المكونات/العمليات والإجراءات المتعلقة بالمنتج.
بناء علاقات مع الموردين لاستكشاف مكونات وتقنيات جديدة للمنتجات الجديدة وأغراض مطابقة المكونات
- إعداد وتحديث المواصفات الفنية وإعلانات المنتجات.
- متابعة الأمور المتعلقة بالوصفة والإجراءات والمعدات والجودة في المنتجات الجديدة بعد التجارب التجارية.
- إجراء تجارب على نطاق المختبر والإشراف على تجارب المصنع التجريبي.
- تحديث سجلات التخطيط وتقارير حالة الأنشطة.
- القيام بدور قيادي في تمارين استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
- تطوير مفاهيم ونماذج أولية للمنتجات الجديدة.
- إجراء اختبار وتقييم المنتج.
- ضمان أن المنتجات الجديدة تلبي معايير الجودة الخاصة بشركة KDD.

السكرتير التنفيذي القانوني
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- التعليم: خريج جامعي في الإدارة أو أي مجال ذي صلة (مطلوب)
- الخبرة العملية: من 3 إلى 5 سنوات من المهام الإدارية التنفيذية، ومهارات متقدمة في استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس (إكسل، وورد، باوربوينت، أوت لوك)، واستخدام برامج أوراكل، ومهارات في سير عمل الملفات والتحكم في المستندات، وأداء مجموعة واسعة من المهام الإدارية والتنسيقية ودعم الإدارة العليا والفرق القانونية
- اللغة: ثنائية اللغة (العربية والإنجليزية)
- - أن يكون قد عمل على برنامج/تطبيق صلاح الجاسم.
- فهم الامتثال القانوني للشركات في الكويت
- - معرفة الإطار القانوني الذي يحكم العمليات التجارية في الكويت.

المؤهلات المطلوبة
- التعليم: ماجستير في الكيمياء الحيوية أو علوم الأغذية أو درجة أخرى في مجال ذي صلة.
- الخبرة العملية: من 4 إلى 5 سنوات
