Key Accountability / Responsibility
- Completes job tasks as per schedule set by supervisor within standard time, contamination control and quality standards.
- Ensures that machines are properly prepared / cleaned for repair work.
- Disassembles machines/equipment and repairs or replaces parts.
- Orders correct parts needed for repair jobs assigned and returns unused parts in good condition back to stores.
- Uses SIS / Reference material to access technical information needed to support repair tasks.
- Reviews work order segments during repair.
- Completes SIMS & technical reports as per company standards.
- Follows instructions related to identifying and tagging warranty parts for warranty storage.

Sales Engineer – Power Systems – Kuwait
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute agreed business plan to ensure the company achieves its sales and market share targets.
- Develop excellent knowledge of customers’ needs and buying behaviors in order to support customers and provide them with the appropriate solution.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all customers with a focus on customer journey and exceptional customer experience.
- Create product awareness and arrange/ conduct customer presentations and product demonstrations to improve sales opportunities and deals closure.
- Keep updated on competitors activities and provide timely feedback to Manager to support the development of marketing strategy.
- Promote and conduct business in a professional manner in order to protect the integrity of the company brand and image.

Key Responsibilities:
- Study technical specifications and prepare technical & commercial offers for projects and seek approval of Sales Manager.
- Communicate with Application Support Center to obtain technical information and support.
- Provide technical clarifications to customer/ consultant in order to obtain technical submittal approval.
- Assist Consultants and Contractors on Genset specifications and technical issues.
- Prepare technical specifications and package consists/ contents , obtain the required approvals.
- Arrange for inspection and attend testing at workshop for the customer.
- Ensure supply of equipment and execution of projects in a cost effective manner.
- Prepare project scope of work for tendering; discuss technical and installation issues with contractor.
- Supervise installation project, and ensure that work progress is on track, and meeting project quality criteria.
- Ensure installation audit is carried out after project completion.
- Liaise and coordinate with head office Technical Cell in matters related to project technical issues.
- Effectively coordinate the handover and closeout of projects with the Sales Manager/ sales engineer. ↚

- يتأكد من أن الآلات جاهزة/منظفة بشكل صحيح لأعمال الإصلاح.
- يقوم بتفكيك الآلات/المعدات وإصلاح أو استبدال الأجزاء.
- يقوم بطلب الأجزاء الصحيحة اللازمة لأعمال الإصلاح المخصصة له ويعيد الأجزاء غير المستخدمة في حالة جيدة إلى المتاجر.
- يستخدم نظام SIS/المواد المرجعية للوصول إلى المعلومات الفنية اللازمة لدعم مهام الإصلاح.
- مراجعة أجزاء أوامر العمل أثناء الإصلاح.
- إكمال تقارير SIMS والتقارير الفنية وفقًا لمعايير الشركة.
- يتبع التعليمات المتعلقة بتحديد ووضع علامات على أجزاء الضمان لتخزينها تحت الضمان.
- يقوم بمراقبة التكاليف ويتجنب هدر الإمدادات والمواد الاستهلاكية في المتجر.
- يحافظ على الأدوات الموجودة في صندوق الأدوات بشكل صحيح ويعيد الأدوات المستعارة إلى صندوق الأدوات في حالة جيدة.
