Homeroom Teacher

Requirements:

• Bachelor is Degree in Education field.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.

General Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating a positive educational climate for students to learn and instructing students in grades K-5. Creates lesson plans, assessments administers praise and constructive criticism, instructs students on subjects such as language arts, science, social studies, civics, literature, and math, and creates a well-rounded, comprehensive instructional program.

Specific Responsibilities:

• § Plan, conduct, and assess activities for a balanced program of instruction, demonstration, and work time that provides students with opportunities to observe, question, investigate, and develop their learning in a dynamic environment.  ↚  
• § Develop, create, and adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
• § Meet course and school-wide student performance goals.
• § Create interactive, dynamic lesson plans and modify them accordingly throughout the year according to the pacing of the lessons delivered.

Soft Skills:

• § Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
• § Use initiative and independent judgment within established procedural guidelines
• § Ability to analyze data and recommend effective solutions
• § Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• § Ability to read and stay abreast of current topics in education.
• § Ability to effectively assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and demands

المسؤوليات المحددة:

• § تخطيط وتنفيذ وتقييم الأنشطة لبرنامج متوازن من التدريس والعرض ووقت العمل الذي يوفر للطلاب فرصًا للملاحظة والتساؤل والتحقيق وتطوير التعلم في بيئة ديناميكية.  ↚  
• § تطوير وإنشاء وتكييف أساليب التدريس والمواد التعليمية لتلبية احتياجات الطلاب واهتماماتهم المتنوعة.
• § تحقيق أهداف أداء الطلاب على مستوى المقرر والمدرسة.
• § إنشاء خطط دراسية تفاعلية وديناميكية وتعديلها وفقًا لذلك على مدار العام وفقًا لوتيرة الدروس المقدمة.

المهارات الشخصية:

• § امتلاك مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاعل الشخصي (اللفظي والمكتوب)
• § استخدام المبادرة والحكم المستقل ضمن المبادئ التوجيهية الإجرائية المعمول بها
• § القدرة على تحليل البيانات والتوصية بالحلول الفعالة
• § القدرة على التكيف مع الأولويات المتغيرة والمتطلبات والجداول الزمنية من خلال القدرات التحليلية وحل المشكلات.
• § القدرة على القراءة والاطلاع على المواضيع الحالية في التعليم.
• § القدرة على تقييم وتحديد أولويات المهام والمشاريع والمتطلبات المتعددة بشكل فعال
