Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Industrial Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning within construction or contracting

• Proficient user of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel  ↚

• Knowledgeable in Earned Value Management (EVM), delay analysis, and project reporting

Responsibilities

• Prepare baseline, lookahead, and updated project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project

• Coordinate closely with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and design teams

• Track daily and weekly progress against planned timelines

• Analyze critical paths and recommend corrective measures to avoid delays

• Generate S-curves, histograms, and detailed project performance reports

• Present progress and recovery plans in client meetings

• Support Extension of Time (EOT) claims with thorough delay analysis

• Manage Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), activity codes, and resource allocation

• Maintain planning documentation to ensure audit readiness and compliance

• إجادة استخدام Primavera P6 وMS Project وExcel

• معرفة بنظام القيمة المكتسبة (EVM) وتحليل التأخير وتقارير المشاريع

المسؤوليات

• إعداد الجداول الزمنية الأساسية والمتوقعة والمحدّثة باستخدام Primavera P6 أو MS Project

• التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع والمهندسين الميدانيين وفريق المشتريات والتصميم

• متابعة التقدم اليومي والأسبوعي ومقارنته مع الجداول المخططة

• تحليل المسارات الحرجة واقتراح إجراءات تصحيحية لتجنب التأخير

• إعداد منحنيات S، والرسوم البيانية، وتقارير الأداء التفصيلية للمشروع

• عرض خطط التقدم والاسترداد في اجتماعات العملاء  ↚

• دعم مطالبات تمديد الوقت (EOT) بتحليل دقيق للتأخيرات

• إدارة هيكل تقسيم العمل (WBS) ورموز الأنشطة وتوزيع الموارد

• الحفاظ على توثيق التخطيط لضمان جاهزية التدقيق والامتثال
