🎯 Requirements:

• Currently residing in Kuwait (local hiring only)

• Kuwaiti nationals are preferred

• Fluent in Arabic (Kuwaiti accent) and English  ↚

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

• 2–3 years of experience in customer care or call center roles is preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• Must have a valid transferable visa (Article 18)

• توفر إقامة صالحة قابلة للتحويل (المادة 18)

• التعامل مع المكالمات الواردة والصادرة باحترافية

• الرد على استفسارات وشكاوى العملاء بشكل فعال

• تقديم معلومات دقيقة وضمان رضا العملاء

• الحفاظ على السجلات واتباع الإجراءات الداخلية بدقة
