1. Auditor (Male)

• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with healthcare policies.
• Analyze financial and operational records for accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify risks and recommend control measures.
• Prepare audit reports for management review.↚  
• Experience in medical or clinical audit is an advantage.

2. Pharmacy Operations Expert

• Oversee pharmacy workflows, stock management, and compliance.
• Ensure smooth coordination between pharmacy staff and suppliers.
• Monitor prescriptions and patient safety standards.
• Implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
• Must have background in pharmacy/healthcare operations.

3. Secretaries (Male)

• Manage administrative duties such as scheduling, documentation, and filing.
• Maintain communication with internal teams and external clients.
• Prepare official correspondence, reports, and records.
• Support management in organizing daily office tasks.↚  
• Proficiency in MS Office and communication skills is essential.

4. Digital Marketing Executive (E-commerce)

🧾 الوظائف المتاحة والوصف

1. مدقق حسابات (ذكر)

• إجراء عمليات التدقيق الداخلي لضمان الامتثال لسياسات الرعاية الصحية.
• تحليل السجلات المالية والتشغيلية للتأكد من دقتها وكفاءتها.
• تحديد المخاطر والتوصية بتدابير السيطرة عليها.
• إعداد تقارير التدقيق لمراجعة الإدارة.
• تعتبر الخبرة في التدقيق الطبي أو السريري ميزة.

2. خبير عمليات الصيدلة

• الإشراف على سير عمل الصيدلية وإدارة المخزون والامتثال.
• ضمان التنسيق السلس بين موظفي الصيدلية والموردين.
• مراقبة الوصفات الطبية ومعايير سلامة المرضى.
• تنفيذ الإجراءات التشغيلية القياسية لتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية.
• يجب أن يكون لديك خلفية في عمليات الصيدلة / الرعاية الصحية.

3. السكرتيرات (ذكور)

• إدارة المهام الإدارية مثل الجدولة والتوثيق والتسجيل.
• الحفاظ على التواصل مع الفرق الداخلية والعملاء الخارجيين.
• إعداد المراسلات الرسمية والتقارير والسجلات.
• دعم الإدارة في تنظيم المهام المكتبية اليومية.
• إن الكفاءة في استخدام برامج MS Office ومهارات التواصل أمر ضروري.

4. مسؤول التسويق الرقمي (التجارة الإلكترونية)

• إدارة الحملات الرقمية عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي والتجارة الإلكترونية.
• إنشاء محتوى جذاب ومراقبة مقاييس أداء الإعلان.
• تحسين تجربة المستخدم على واجهات المتاجر الرقمية.
• التعاون مع فرق التصميم والمبيعات لمواءمة العلامة التجارية.
• يفضل أن تكون لديك خبرة في مجال التجارة الإلكترونية المتعلقة بالرعاية الصحية.
