Medical Representative - CVRM
Role Summary
- This position is primarily responsible for positively influencing customers’ prescribing behavior to achieve sales targets, develop territory and build strong customer relationships with the objective of maximizing sales volume and market share of designated products in a given territory in compliance with AZ CO.
What You’ll Do
- Engage primary care healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
- Work with Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in the territory
- Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the market, demographic, and managed market’s information relative to assigned sales territory ↚
- Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.
- Ensure excellent medical knowledge and promotional skills related to his/her disease area and product
Essential For The Role
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry more than 1 Year
- Comprehensive understanding of the commercial pharmaceutical marketplace
- Proven Project Management skills
- Outstanding selling skills
- Expertise in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Planning and organization skills
- Impactful presentation skills
- Fluency in English

ملخص الدور
- يتحمل هذا المنصب المسؤولية الأساسية عن التأثير بشكل إيجابي على سلوك وصف العملاء لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات وتطوير المنطقة وبناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء بهدف تعظيم حجم المبيعات وحصة السوق للمنتجات المحددة في منطقة معينة بما يتوافق مع AZ CO.
ماذا ستفعل
- إشراك المتخصصين في الرعاية الصحية الأولية في الحوار حول المؤشرات المعتمدة وملفات تعريف فعالية المنتج/سلامته لدعم وصف الأدوية على الملصق للمرضى المناسبين.
- العمل مع مدير المبيعات لتطوير استراتيجية محلية وخطة عمل لتلبية أو تجاوز أهداف المبيعات وتنفيذ المكالمات في المنطقة
- تعزيز أداء المبيعات والتأكد من أن توقعات المبيعات والميزانيات المخصصة تلبي أو تتجاوز التوقعات العلاجية والإقليمية
- تطوير والحفاظ على المعرفة العميقة بالسوق والديموغرافيا ومعلومات السوق المُدارة فيما يتعلق بمنطقة المبيعات المخصصة
- الالتزام بجميع اللوائح المتعلقة بالتفاعلات مع المتخصصين في الرعاية الصحية، وتوزيع العينات، وما إلى ذلك.
- ضمان المعرفة الطبية الممتازة والمهارات الترويجية المتعلقة بمجال مرضه والمنتج
ضروري للدور
- بكالوريوس في العلوم الصيدلانية
- خبرة سابقة في صناعة الأدوية أو الرعاية الصحية لأكثر من سنة
- فهم شامل لسوق الأدوية التجارية
