Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• Microsoft Server Administration and CCNA certifications required

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT system/server/network support

• Experience with Firewall, Switch, Windows/Linux servers, TCP/IP, DNS, ADS, VPN↚  

• Knowledge of virtualization and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus

• Strong understanding of IT security, data protection, and backup practices

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, manage, and maintain network devices and servers including FortiGate Firewall, switches, routers, domain servers, application and web servers

• Troubleshoot user hardware and software issues

• Manage Microsoft 365 administration and Outlook

• Perform software, application, domain, and hosting server validations

• Maintain data backups and IT system changes

• Support network printer configurations, VOIP systems, CCTV, and attendance devices

• Maintain and modify company website as needed

المسؤوليات

• إعداد ونشر وإدارة أجهزة الشبكة والخوادم مثل جدار الحماية FortiGate، المحولات، أجهزة التوجيه، خوادم الدومين، التطبيقات، وخوادم الويب

• حل مشاكل الأجهزة والبرامج للمستخدمين

• إدارة Microsoft 365 وبرنامج Outlook↚  

• فحص وتأكيد سلامة البرمجيات والتطبيقات والدومينات وخوادم الاستضافة

• المحافظة على النسخ الاحتياطية وتحديثات النظام

• دعم إعدادات الطابعات الشبكية، أنظمة VOIP، كاميرات المراقبة وأجهزة الحضور والانصراف

• صيانة وتعديل موقع الشركة الإلكتروني حسب الحاجة
