Responsibilities
Urgent Care Delivery: Provide immediate assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in critical condition.
Emergency Management: Lead the medical team during emergency cases and make decisive clinical interventions.
Quality Compliance: Adhere to the clinical standards set by the Kuwait Ministry of Health and group protocols.
Patient Supervision: Monitor patient stability and coordinate seamless transfers to specialized departments when necessary.
Requirements
Licensing: Must hold a valid Kuwait MOH License for the Private Sector.
Documentation: Must have a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current employer.
Location: Strictly hiring Local Candidates currently residing in Kuwait (No overseas hiring).
Availability: Must be ready to join immediately.

المسؤوليات
تقديم الرعاية العاجلة: توفير التقييم والتشخيص والعلاج الفوري للمرضى في حالة حرجة.
إدارة الطوارئ: قيادة الفريق الطبي أثناء حالات الطوارئ واتخاذ التدخلات السريرية الحاسمة.
الامتثال لمعايير الجودة: الالتزام بالمعايير السريرية التي وضعتها وزارة الصحة الكويتية وبروتوكولات المجموعة.
الإشراف على المرضى: مراقبة استقرار حالة المريض وتنسيق عمليات النقل السلسة إلى الأقسام المتخصصة عند الضرورة.
متطلبات
الترخيص: يجب أن يكون حاصلاً على ترخيص ساري المفعول من وزارة الصحة الكويتية للقطاع الخاص.
المستندات المطلوبة: يجب الحصول على شهادة عدم ممانعة من صاحب العمل الحالي.
الموقع: التوظيف مقتصر على المرشحين المحليين المقيمين حاليًا في الكويت (لا يوجد توظيف من الخارج).
التوافر: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مستعداً للانضمام فوراً .
