1- IT Service Desk Analyst- Kuwait
Job Description
A. Accountabilities:
Provide service desk support and resolve problems to the end users satisfaction.
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT Service desk.
Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority.
Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
Assist with onboarding of new users.
Report issues to the Service Desk for escalation.
Responsible for service desk support/Dealing with various Customer issues.
Track of Service Tickets on Service Desk .
Responsible for Operating on Active Directory .
Maintain various databases of the IT/Communication Department .
Basic troubleshooting of IT/Communication issues on & off - sites.
Responsible for maintenance of Documentation of IT/Communications Department .
Hand on Formatting and Imaging Computer systems.
Responsible for the incident management process by acting as the 1st line of support for all technical issues, including hardware and software questions and consulting, installations, networking, network connection requests, and troubleshooting.
Responsible for incident ownership and escalation procedures to the concern teams.
Responsible for recording/logging all incidents and service requests, categorizing them based on priorities and for deciding on the action to be taken on each incident.
Provide quick solutions/workarounds to the users hence reducing their downtime using the Knowledge Base.
Provides 1st level (assistance over the phone and Remote Access Support) technical support to the IT users across the organization.
Responsible for any asset (hardware/software) given to the user and record it in the inventory items with configuration ID which is linked to the users employment ID.
Perform all other assigned responsibilities as per direct manager.
Shall work as a Technical Call Agent fixing Ed user support issues related to PC hardware or software problems.
Responsible for fixing issue will be by giving guidance to users over the phone or by connecting remotely to users Machines and fix the issue.
2- Sharepoint Developer
Job Description
A. Accountabilities:
Responsible for SharePoint Development requirement related to Client.
Gather all customer requirement related to SharePoint Development to be implemented in an effective and efficient manner.
Generate application flow charts, technical documentation, and amend/propose coding standards, define technical specifications to meet business requirements for custom applications.
Build and maintain database; Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
Provide Refactor and optimize existing code & Fixing bugs in existing projects.
Provide User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers and environments.
Plan, Design and prototype new applications with professional documentation.
Skills
B. Qualification:
Experienced in developing proposed e-Services portal development tool, Features and Workflows.
Experienced in Dealing with SQL database.
Experienced in SharePoint and .NET development.
3- Software Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Description
A. Accountabilities:
Verify Requirement documents and SD Documents that will meet client’s goals and make sure it’s doable.
Design test cases, Test conditions and RTM.
Executes various test cases using Diyar agreed methods and standard.
Re-test and follow up on fixing issues.
Conduct regression testing.
Report Issues based on bug type, priority, and severity for each lifecycle. Either on JIRA/ TFS or Manual Reporting.
Create test closure reports.
create test plans for the assigned projects.
do estimation for the assigned projects using the test estimation techniques.
to create SQL queries to conduct database testing.
Troubleshoot issues reported by customers and guide users to solutions.
Help developers understand the reports defects.
Skills
B . Qualification:
Comprehensive understanding of all the phases of Software Development Life Cycle and implementing Software Testing Life Cycle.
Experience in software testing of web application, desktop application, mobile app, and preferable payment devices.
Experience in Automation and Manual Testing.
Familiar with writing test cases and test scenarios and review with Business Analyst.
Test all aspects of the product/system like function/component, system, performance, regression, and smoke testing.
Analyze test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability, and report test result with development team.
Experience in API testing and Maintaining automation test suite and has a Knowledge on web services testing.
Good understanding of STLC and SDLC.
Hands on experience on ETL testing and Data testing.
