Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
Ability to handle calls professionally and efficiently
Experience in food & beverage or delivery operations is an advantage
Valid residency in Kuwait with transferable visa
Ready to join immediately
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Take orders and coordinate with operations/dispatch team
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints politely
Maintain accurate call and order records

التعامل مع المكالمات الواردة والصادرة للعملاء
أخذ الطلبات والتنسيق مع فريق العمليات/التوصيل
حل استفسارات وشكاوى العملاء بأدب
الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمكالمات والطلبات
