Store Manager - CAF Cafe
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of the store as per the CAF standard and guidelines.
- Supervise, lead, and direct the team and ensure satisfactory performance.
- Ensure the store delivers excellent customer service and good quality of drinks and food products to achieve store sales target.
- Initiate and drive LSM (Local Store Marketing) to improve topline sales.
- Manage stock control and inventory.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in store management and people management
- Excellent in customer service and sales
- Strong in communication and reporting
- Strong product knowledge and good in planning
- Knowledgeable in hygiene and food safety
