Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting
Proven experience with Odoo Accounting Software
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce – Accounting
Immediate availability
Must currently reside in Kuwait
Responsibilities
Supervise the accounting cycle and ensure accurate financial records
Prepare financial statements and periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, annually)
Manage general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance
Handle monthly and yearly closing processes
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
Coordinate with external auditors
Lead and mentor the accounting team

المسؤوليات
الإشراف على دورة المحاسبة وضمان دقة السجلات المالية
إعداد البيانات المالية والتقارير الدورية (شهريًا، ربع سنويًا، سنويًا)
إدارة دفتر الأستاذ، الحسابات المدينة والدائنة
إعداد الميزانيات ومراقبة الأداء المالي
التعامل مع عمليات الإغلاق الشهرية والسنوية
ضمان الالتزام بسياسات المحاسبة والضوابط الداخلية
التنسيق مع المدققين الخارجيين
قيادة وتوجيه فريق المحاسبة
