Legal Compliance Officer
Qualifications:
- + 5 years of experience of working as a legal compliance officer or legal assistant specialized in corporate governance affairs and communications with CMA and Boursa Kuwait.
- Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and obligations and the ability to identify emerging compliance issues and themes
- Strong team leadership, communication, interpersonal and management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate the strategic vision to various stakeholder groups;
- Effective negotiation skills. Strong presentation and relationship management and influencing skills are essential
- The ability to thrive and execute in a complex, highly matrixed environment
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law preferred, or equivalence experience.
- Professional qualifications in Compliance from compliance institutions (ICA, CRCM- CCEP- CCB) .
- Strong technical knowledge of compliance regulations and requirements, experience within a highly complex, financial institution, regulator or related industry participant.

- + 5 سنوات من الخبرة في العمل كمسؤول امتثال قانوني أو مساعد قانوني متخصص في شؤون حوكمة الشركات والاتصالات مع هيئة السوق المالية وبورصة الكويت.
- معرفة المتطلبات والالتزامات التنظيمية المحلية والقدرة على تحديد قضايا ومواضيع الامتثال الناشئة
- مهارات قوية في قيادة الفريق والتواصل والتفاعل مع الآخرين والإدارة، والقدرة على توصيل الرؤية الاستراتيجية بشكل فعال إلى مختلف مجموعات أصحاب المصلحة؛
- مهارات تفاوض فعّالة. مهارات قوية في العرض وإدارة العلاقات والتأثير ضرورية.
- القدرة على الازدهار والإنجاز في بيئة معقدة ومتشعبة للغاية
التعليم والخبرة:
- يفضل الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في القانون، أو خبرة معادلة.
- المؤهلات المهنية في مجال الامتثال من مؤسسات الامتثال (ICA، CRCM- CCEP- CCB).
- معرفة تقنية قوية بلوائح ومتطلبات الامتثال، وخبرة في مؤسسة مالية أو جهة تنظيمية أو جهة مشاركة في صناعة ذات صلة ذات تعقيد عالٍ.
