Available Position
Bank Teller / Customer Service Teller
Responsibilities
Transaction Management: Processing foreign exchange transactions, remittances, and cash handling with high accuracy and speed.
Customer Excellence: Providing outstanding service to clients, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience at our counters.
Compliance & Security: Adhering strictly to anti-money laundering (AML) policies and internal financial regulations to ensure secure operations.
Record Keeping: Maintaining precise daily logs of all financial movements and balancing the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
Requirements
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory (open to all relevant disciplines).
Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; we value potential and a willingness to learn.
Residency: Must hold a Transferable Kuwaiti Residency (Local hire only).
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Availability: Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.

المسؤوليات
إدارة المعاملات: تنفيذ عمليات تحويل العملات الأجنبية، التحويلات المالية، والتداول النقدي بدقة عالية وسرعة.
تميز الخدمة: تقديم خدمة استثنائية للعملاء، الرد على الاستفسارات، وضمان تجربة إيجابية لجميع المراجعين.
الامتثال والأمن: الالتزام الصارم بسياسات مكافحة غسيل الأموال واللوائح المالية الداخلية لضمان أمان العمليات.
التدقيق السجلي: الحفاظ على سجلات يومية دقيقة لجميع الحركات المالية ومطابقة الصندوق النقدي في نهاية كل نوبة عمل.
المتطلبات
المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس إلزامية (نرحب بجميع التخصصات ذات الصلة).
الخبرة: نرحب جداً بتقديم الخريجين الجدد؛ نحن نقدر الطموح والرغبة في التعلم.
الإقامة: يجب امتلاك إقامة كويتية قابلة للتحويل (التوظيف من داخل الكويت فقط).
التواصل: مهارات اتصال قوية ولباقة في التعامل مع الجمهور.
