Responsibilities
Guest Interaction: Greeting customers warmly, providing detailed information about our baked goods, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
Transaction Management: Handling cash and card payments accurately through the POS system and maintaining a balanced till at the end of the shift.
Store Presentation: Keeping the counter and display areas clean, organized, and beautifully stocked with our fresh products.
Order Coordination: Taking special orders and communicating effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
Requirements
Professional Experience: Relevant experience in customer service, retail, or cashiering roles.
Residency Status: Must hold a Transferable Residency within Kuwait.
Special Visa Entry: We proudly accept candidates under the Small Projects Visa (Mubarak Al-Kabeer).
Location: Candidates must be currently residing inside Kuwait.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and a positive, "can-do" attitude.

المسؤوليات
تفاعل الضيوف: استقبال العملاء بحرارة، وتقديم معلومات مفصلة عن منتجاتنا، وضمان تجربة تسوق استثنائية للجميع.
إدارة المعاملات: التعامل مع المدفوعات النقدية والبطاقات بدقة عبر نظام الـ POS ومطابقة الصندوق في نهاية الوردية.
تنسيق المتجر: الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم منطقة الكاونتر والعرض، والتأكد من عرض المنتجات الطازجة بشكل جذاب.
تنسيق الطلبات: استقبال الطلبات الخاصة والتواصل بفعالية مع فريق المطبخ لضمان تقديم الخدمة في الوقت المحدد.
المتطلبات
الخبرة المهنية: خبرة ذات صلة في خدمة العملاء، قطاع التجزئة، أو أعمال الكاشير.
وضع الإقامة: يجب امتلاك إقامة قابلة للتحويل داخل دولة الكويت.
ملاحظة خاصة: نحن نقبل المرشحين من أصحاب إقامات المشاريع الصغيرة.
الموقع: التوظيف متاح فقط للمقيمين حالياً داخل الكويت.
