Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
7–10 years of experience in site supervision and execution
Strong knowledge of construction methods and site practices
Ability to manage site activities efficiently
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Valid driving license in Kuwait
Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and construction works
Ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers
Monitor quality, safety, and project progress
Prepare site reports and follow up on corrective actions
Review shop drawings and materials submitted by contractors
Ensure adherence to project timelines and standards
