About the job
I am partnered with a rapidly scaling globally remote well-funded and profitable Series A SaaS B2B FinTech who are seeking 4x Product Designers to join their squads.

Remote across EMEA
Circa 75k USD / 70k Euros / £65k GBP / or other (paid in your local currency)
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, Customer Success Managers, and Finance Managers.
Conduct user research, speak to users to understand their pain points and needs.
Shape product strategy and vision alongside product owners and senior management.
Craft elegant and effective design solutions.
Present design proposals, gather feedback, and iterate.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the in-house design system
Qualifications
3+ years experience designing and shaping SaaS/B2B products in a start up environment
Have a portfolio showcasing visual craft and UX process - pixel perfect in a polished portfolio.
Be able to take charge of the design process, take initiative and thrive as a self-directed team player.
Ready to hit the ground running, problem solve and drive design thinking.
