Job Description:
As an Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our fitness center cum clothing store. Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the overall coordination and organization of tasks to support the management and employees.
Preparing documents for the renewal of company official documents and employee residencies, involving collaboration with Ministries/Public Authority for Manpower if required.
Managing regular orders for office supplies, equipment, and stationery, coordinating maintenance and ensuring high-quality product purchases through shop visits.
Creating a secure and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors.
Providing administrative assistance to various departments, including document preparation, data entry, and preparation of internal payments for management approval.
Maintaining accurate and updated records in both soft and hard copies.
Organizing and filing documents systematically for easy accessibility.
Facilitating effective communication within the organization and with external stakeholders.
Demonstrating proficiency in social media, including creating and editing short-form video content, especially on platforms like Instagram.
Staying updated on social media trends and implementing strategies to leverage these trends for organizational growth.
