Electronics Technician for Gas Analyzers
As an Electronics Technician specializing in gas analyzers, you will be responsible for diagnosing, testing, and repairing electronic systems and components used in gas detection and analysis instruments. This is a hands-on role where you’ll apply your technical expertise to troubleshoot a range of issues, from minor malfunctions to complex system failures, ensuring that our instruments perform at optimal levels for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic circuits and systems in gas analyzer instruments.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration on gas analyzers to ensure accurate and reliable measurements.
- Analyze fault reports, conduct diagnostics, and determine the root causes of malfunctions.
- Assess and repair electronic components using advanced test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, calibration tools).
- Read and interpret technical schematics, manuals, and calibration data specific to gas analyzer instruments.
- Provide troubleshooting support for both internal teams and customers, offering timely and accurate technical assistance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports for repairs and calibrations.
- Assist in developing and improving repair and maintenance processes for gas analyzer instruments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Electronics Technician, with a focus on troubleshooting electronic systems.
- Experience in diagnosing and repairing gas analyzers or similar instrumentation (preferred).
- Strong understanding of electronics, circuit boards, and sensor technology.
- Familiarity with calibration techniques and standards for gas detection instruments.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools like oscilloscopes, multi-meters, and other test equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Must have a Kuwaiti Driving License and a car.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تشخيص وإصلاح الدوائر الإلكترونية والأنظمة في أجهزة تحليل الغاز.
- إجراء الصيانة الدورية والمعايرة لأجهزة تحليل الغاز لضمان القياسات الدقيقة والموثوقة.
- تحليل تقارير الأعطال، وإجراء التشخيصات، وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية للأعطال.
- تقييم وإصلاح المكونات الإلكترونية باستخدام معدات الاختبار المتقدمة (مثل الذبذبات، أجهزة القياس المتعددة، أدوات المعايرة).
- قراءة وتفسير المخططات الفنية، والكتيبات، وبيانات المعايرة الخاصة بأجهزة تحليل الغاز.
- تقديم الدعم الفني للفريق الداخلي والعملاء، وتقديم المساعدة الفنية الدقيقة في الوقت المحدد.
- ضمان الامتثال للمعايير الأمنية وإجراءات مراقبة الجودة وسياسات الشركة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للخدمات والتقارير الخاصة بالإصلاحات والمعايرات.
- المساعدة في تطوير وتحسين عمليات الإصلاح والصيانة لأجهزة تحليل الغاز.
المؤهلات:
- خبرة مثبتة كفني إلكترونيات مع التركيز على تشخيص الأنظمة الإلكترونية.
- خبرة في تشخيص وإصلاح أجهزة تحليل الغاز أو الأجهزة المماثلة (يفضل).
- فهم قوي للإلكترونيات، والدوائر الإلكترونية، وتقنية المستشعرات.
- الإلمام بتقنيات المعايرة والمعايير الخاصة بأجهزة الكشف عن الغاز.
- القدرة على استخدام أدوات التشخيص مثل الذبذبات، أجهزة القياس المتعددة، وأدوات الاختبار الأخرى.
- مهارات قوية في الانتباه للتفاصيل وحل المشكلات.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة شفهياً وكتابياً.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وفي بيئة فريق.
- يجب أن يكون لديك رخصة قيادة كويتية وسيارة.
