Solution Operations Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer needs.
- Manage user onboarding, operations, and maintenance processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and documentation for greater efficiency.
- Collect, organize, and analyze feedback from customers to inform solution enhancements.
- Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on solution status and performance.
You are a strong candidate if:
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, including the ability to interact with large enterprise users at a highly professional level.
- You are interested in green commodities and the book-and-claim methodology.
- You are proactive about identifying and addressing inefficiencies, bugs, and errors.
- You are very organized and able to prioritize your time effectively.
- You empathize with customer needs and enjoy troubleshooting to solve their issues.
