🎯 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar front office role

• Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) is essential

• Excellent command of English; Arabic language skills are an advantage

• Strong customer service orientation and front desk expertise

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus

🛠️ Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly attitude

• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests efficiently

• Handle room reservations and updates in the PMS

• Answer calls and respond to guest inquiries  ↚

• التنسيق مع قسم التدبير المنزلي والأقسام الأخرى لضمان رضا الضيوف

• الحفاظ على تنظيم مكتب الاستقبال ومظهره الأنيق

• الالتزام بأعلى معايير الخدمة في جميع الأوقات
