Senior Business Development Executive

🔹 Position Overview:

• As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing tender processes, and building strategic relationships within the telecom infrastructure sector.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in telecom and infrastructure sectors.
• Track tenders, RFQs, and project announcements from major telecom operators and government entities.  ↚   
• Coordinate and prepare all tender documents including technical and commercial proposals.
• Engage in client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions.
• Maintain and expand relationships with STC, Ooredoo, Zain, and other strategic partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Engineering, Procurement, Projects) for bid submissions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development / Tendering within Telecom or Infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait telecom market and regulatory framework.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, document preparation, and tender platforms.

🔹 نظرة عامة على الوظيفة:

• باعتبارك مسؤول تنفيذي أول لتطوير الأعمال، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تحديد وتطوير فرص الأعمال الجديدة، وإدارة عمليات العطاءات، وبناء علاقات استراتيجية داخل قطاع البنية التحتية للاتصالات.

🛠️ المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تحديد ومتابعة فرص الأعمال الجديدة في قطاعي الاتصالات والبنية التحتية.
• تتبع العطاءات وطلبات عروض الأسعار وإعلانات المشاريع من شركات الاتصالات الرئيسية والهيئات الحكومية.
• تنسيق وإعداد جميع مستندات العطاء بما في ذلك المقترحات الفنية والتجارية.
• المشاركة في اجتماعات العملاء، وزيارات الموقع، والمناقشات الفنية.
• الحفاظ على العلاقات وتوسيعها مع شركة الاتصالات السعودية، وأوريدو، وزين، والشركاء الاستراتيجيين الآخرين.
• التعاون مع الأقسام الداخلية (الهندسة، المشتريات، المشاريع) لتقديم العطاءات.
• مراقبة اتجاهات السوق وأنشطة المنافسين.

✅ المتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
• - خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تطوير الأعمال / العطاءات في مجال الاتصالات أو البنية التحتية.
• معرفة قوية بسوق الاتصالات الكويتي والإطار التنظيمي.
• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض والعرض.   
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، واللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
• الكفاءة في استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس وإعداد المستندات ومنصات العطاءات.
