Requirements

• Candidates must be available for local hire with a regular visa

• Relevant experience and skills according to each position:

  1. Commi / Line Cook (Yarmouk) – Experience in hot kitchen dishes like Shawarma, Pasta, Sandwiches, Falafel

  2. Line Cook (Food Truck Shaab) – Ability to work independently in hot kitchen setup

  3. Chef – Arabic Appetizers – Experience with salads, Warak Enab, Arabic mezze↚  

  4. Juice Maker (Aswaq Al Qurain) – Willingness to be trained on fresh juices

  5. Pastry Chef (Aswaq Al Qurain) – 3+ years experience in pastries, sandwiches, bakery

  6. Quality Manager – 3 to 5 years F&B experience, hygiene, and training knowledge

  7. Kitchen Operations Manager (Hawalli Hub) – 4+ years in delivery kitchens (Talabat/Jahez), supplier knowledge

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook various dishes with quality and consistency

• Manage kitchen operations and maintain high standards of hygiene

• Train and supervise kitchen staff

• Ensure smooth coordination with suppliers and delivery services↚  

• Maintain quality control across multiple branches (for managers)

  2. طباخ خط (عربة طعام الشعب) – القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل في إعداد المطبخ الساخن

  3. طاهي – المقبلات العربية – خبرة في السلطات، ورق عنب، المزة العربية

  4. صانع عصير (أسواق القرين) – الاستعداد للتدريب على العصائر الطازجة

  5. طاهي حلويات (أسواق القرين) – خبرة 3 سنوات أو أكثر في الحلويات، السندويشات، المخابز

  6. مدير جودة – خبرة 3 إلى 5 سنوات في قطاع الطعام والشراب، مع معرفة بالنظافة والتدريب

  7. مدير عمليات المطبخ (هوالي هب) – خبرة 4 سنوات أو أكثر في مطابخ التوصيل (طلبات/جاهز)، معرفة بالموردين

مسئوليات

• إعداد وطهي الأطباق المختلفة بجودة وثبات

• إدارة عمليات المطبخ والحفاظ على معايير النظافة العالية

• تدريب والإشراف على فريق المطبخ

• ضمان التنسيق السلس مع الموردين وخدمات التوصيل

• الحفاظ على مراقبة الجودة عبر الفروع المتعددة (للمدراء)
