Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or related field.

Laborer Responsibilities:
- Unload boxes from company vehicles trucks with sufficient care.
- Store stock in the storage areas as per the instructions of the pharmacist and the company policy.
- Arrange products on the shelves as per the categories and designated areas in FEFO order.
- Assist the pharmacist by fetching the product from the shelf or the storage while the pharmacist is engaging the customer.
- Occasionally entering the payment amounts in the K-net machine and processing electronic payments.
- Dusting, cleaning floors, surfaces and shining glass displays.
- Use computer equipment to generate labels, assist in checking stock, and inputting data within the system, to track the availability of medicines, consumer healthcare products and medical equipment at the pharmacy.

Job description
- Load and/or unload trucks while ensuring that the truck is secured before attempting to unload and load medical products, the truck bed is clear of debris, obstruction, or defect for safe entry/exit within the Pharmacy.
- • Ensure incoming product is free from damage and coincides with packing list or Return Authorization.
- • Use locator system to put away products that have been received from the Warehouse.
- • Assist customers when returning items and inspect returned merchandise, checking for quality and condition of product.
- • Accurately complete and maintain all forms and records in accordance to the set Policies & Procedures.

مسؤوليات العامل:
- قم بتفريغ الصناديق من شاحنات الشركة بعناية كافية.
- قم بتخزين المخزون في مناطق التخزين وفقًا لتعليمات الصيدلي وسياسة الشركة.
- قم بترتيب المنتجات على الرفوف وفقًا للفئات والمناطق المخصصة بترتيب FEFO.
- ساعد الصيدلي عن طريق إحضار المنتج من الرف أو المخزن أثناء انشغال الصيدلي بخدمة العميل.
- إدخال مبالغ الدفع في جهاز K-net ومعالجة المدفوعات الإلكترونية من حين لآخر.

- استخدام معدات الكمبيوتر لإنشاء الملصقات، والمساعدة في فحص المخزون، وإدخال البيانات داخل النظام، لتتبع توافر الأدوية ومنتجات الرعاية الصحية الاستهلاكية والمعدات الطبية في الصيدلية.

- قم بتحميل و/أو تفريغ الشاحنات مع التأكد من تأمين الشاحنة قبل محاولة تفريغ وتحميل المنتجات الطبية، وأن يكون صندوق الشاحنة خاليًا من الحطام أو العوائق أو العيوب من أجل الدخول/الخروج الآمن داخل الصيدلية.
- • تأكد من أن المنتج الوارد خالٍ من التلف ويتوافق مع قائمة التعبئة أو إذن الإرجاع.
- • استخدم نظام تحديد المواقع لتخزين المنتجات التي تم استلامها من المستودع.
- • مساعدة العملاء عند إرجاع المنتجات وفحص البضائع المرتجعة، والتحقق من جودة المنتج وحالته.
- • إكمال جميع النماذج والسجلات والاحتفاظ بها بدقة وفقًا للسياسات والإجراءات المحددة.

جمع البيانات وتحليلها:
- جمع بيانات المبيعات والتسويق وتصفيتها وتحويلها من مصادر مختلفة، مثل أنظمة إدارة علاقات العملاء ومنصات أتمتة التسويق وقنوات التواصل الاجتماعي، لضمان الدقة والاتساق.
