Responsibilities
Budget Oversight: Monitor and control all Food & Beverage costs to ensure strict compliance with company budgets and financial targets.
Waste Management: Conduct deep-dive analyses into inventory, daily purchases, and wastage to identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed cost reports and variance analyses, providing management with the accurate data needed for strategic decision-making.
Cross-Departmental Synergy: Coordinate closely with the purchasing department, kitchen staff, and operations teams to align cost-saving initiatives.
Process Integrity: Establish and enforce rigorous cost control procedures and documentation standards across all locations.
Requirements
Industry Expertise: Proven experience specifically within the F&B (Food & Beverage) sector is mandatory.
Technical Proficiency: Strong, practical knowledge of cost control methodologies and modern inventory management systems.
Legal Status: Must hold a Valid Visa 18 (Ahli) with the ability to transfer residency.
Availability: Priority will be given to candidates who are Ready to Join Immediately.

التقارير المالية: إعداد تقارير تكاليف مفصلة وتحليل الانحرافات، وتزويد الإدارة ببيانات دقيقة لاتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.
التنسيق المشترك: التنسيق الوثيق مع قسم المشتريات وطاقم المطبخ وفرق العمليات لتوحيد مبادرات خفض التكاليف.
سلامة الإجراءات: وضع وإنفاذ إجراءات صارمة للرقابة على التكاليف ومعايير التوثيق في جميع الفروع.
المتطلبات
الخبرة القطاعية: خبرة مثبتة في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات (F&B) حصراً (شرط إلزامي).
الكفاءة الفنية: معرفة قوية وعملية بمنهجيات مراقبة التكاليف وأنظمة إدارة المخزون الحديثة.
الوضع القانوني: يجب حيازة إقامة مادة 18 (أهلي) قابلة للتحويل.
الجهوزية: الأولوية للمرشحين المستعدين لـ المباشرة الفورية بالعمل.
السمات الشخصية: مهارات تحليلية عالية، والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.
