Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Overlooking the entire construction phase of a new pipeline project to ensure technical compliance.
Strategic Planning: Managing site resources, manpower, and equipment to meet rigorous Oil & Gas project timelines.
Safety & Quality: Upholding the highest international standards of safety and quality control specific to the energy sector.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements

Education: Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Total Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
Specific Experience: At least 5 years of experience specifically in the role of Construction Manager (CM).
Expertise: Deep knowledge of pipeline projects and related construction methodologies.
Location: Local candidates currently residing in Kuwait only.

السلامة والجودة: الحفاظ على أعلى المعايير الدولية للسلامة ومراقبة الجودة الخاصة بقطاع الطاقة.
إدارة الأطراف المعنية: التنسيق بين المهندسين والمقاولين من الباطن والعملاء لضمان تسليم المشروع بسلاسة.
متابعة الإنجاز: تقديم تقارير مفصلة عن مراحل الإنجاز ومعالجة أي معوقات فنية بفعالية.

المتطلبات

المؤهل العلمي: يجب الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة.
إجمالي الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في قطاع النفط والغاز.
الخبرة النوعية: ما لا يقل عن 5 سنوات من الخبرة في مسمى مدير إنشاءات (CM) تحديداً.
التخصص: معرفة عميقة بمشاريع خطوط الأنابيب ومنهجيات البناء المتعلقة بها.
الموقع: التوظيف مقتصر على المرشحين المحليين المتواجدين داخل الكويت فقط.
