Available Positions
Purchase Assistant (Construction)
Responsibilities
Procurement Support: Assisting the Purchase Manager in daily activities, including preparing LPOs, PRs, and quotation comparisons.
Material Sourcing: Sourcing essential construction materials across Civil and MEP sectors, including tools and consumables.
Supplier Coordination: Building and maintaining relationships with local Kuwaiti vendors and managing delivery schedules to various sites.
Quality Control: Ensuring that all materials delivered meet the required quality, quantity, and strict timelines.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate purchase records, stock documentation, and generating comprehensive purchase reports.
Site Collaboration: Liaising with site engineers and storekeepers to handle urgent on-site requirements efficiently.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of direct experience in construction purchasing.
Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Kuwait construction market and local suppliers.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office.
Residency: Valid Kuwaiti residency with a transferable visa preferred.
Communication: Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
Attributes: Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.

المسؤوليات
دعم المشتريات: مساعدة مدير المشتريات في الأنشطة اليومية، بما في ذلك إعداد أوامر الشراء (LPO) ومقارنة العروض.
تأمين المواد: البحث عن مواد البناء الأساسية وتوريدها لمشاريع الهندسة المدنية والكهروميكانيكية (MEP) والمستهلكات.
تنسيق الموردين: بناء وعقد علاقات مع الموردين المحليين في الكويت ومتابعة جداول تسليم المواد للمواقع.
ضبط الجودة: التأكد من أن جميع المواد الموردة تطابق الجودة والكمية المطلوبة والجداول الزمنية الصارمة.
التوثيق: الاحتفاظ بسجلات مشتريات دقيقة وتوثيق المخزون وإصدار تقارير المشتريات الشاملة.
التعاون الميداني: التنسيق مع مهندسي الموقع وأمناء المخازن لتلبية احتياجات الموقع الطارئة بكفاءة.
المتطلبات
الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 2 إلى 4 سنوات في مشتريات قطاع الإنشاءات والمقاولات.
المعرفة بالسوق: إلمام تام بسوق البناء الكويتي والموردين المحليين.
المهارات التقنية: إجادة التعامل مع أنظمة ERP وبرامج Microsoft Excel وMS Office.
الإقامة: إقامة كويتية صالحة مع تفضيل الإقامات القابلة للتحويل.
اللغة: إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية شرط أساسي، وتعتبر اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
