Store Presentation: Ensuring the retail floor is impeccably organized, reflecting the luxury standards of our brand.
Team Collaboration: Working harmoniously with colleagues to maintain a positive work environment and provide seamless customer service.
Requirements
Age: Must be below 35 years of age.
Language: Fluent in Arabic with excellent speaking and communication skills.
Residency: Must hold a Transferable Visa (Article 18) in Kuwait.
Experience: Previous sales experience in the perfumes or cosmetics industry is a significant advantage.
Soft Skills: A pleasant personality combined with a strong dedication to customer service and teamwork.

التفاعل مع العملاء: استقبال العملاء بحفاوة ومساعدتهم في اكتشاف العطر المثالي الذي يناسب ذوقهم الشخصي.
نمو المبيعات: استخدام مهارات التواصل المقنعة لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات اليومية والترويج لمجموعات العطور الجديدة.
عرض المنتجات: التأكد من تنظيم صالة العرض بشكل مثالي يعكس المعايير الفاخرة لعلامتنا التجارية.
التعاون الجماعي: العمل بانسجام مع الزملاء للحفاظ على بيئة عمل إيجابية وتقديم خدمة عملاء متكاملة.
المتطلبات
العمر: يجب أن يكون العمر أقل من 35 عاماً.
اللغة: إجادة تامة للغة العربية (مهارات التحدث والتواصل).
الإقامة: يجب توفر إقامة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18) داخل الكويت.
الخبرة: تعتبر الخبرة السابقة في مبيعات العطور أو مستحضرات التجميل ميزة إضافية.
المهارات الشخصية: شخصية لبقة مع مهارات قوية في خدمة العملاء والعمل الجماعي.
