All this equipment is serviced and kept in excellent condition by RECAFCO's house equipment service division.
- The precast Production Factory is spread over an area of 100,000 M2 producing high-capacity Concrete Precast Elements ranging from Piles, Pipes, Pre-stressed and Post-Tensioned Beams, Fascia Panels, Dolloses, and all Elements of the Building including Beams, Columns, Roof Units, Walls, Floor Units and Other Units as per Design and Specifications of Clients.

We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Engineer to oversee and optimize the sophisticated machinery that powers the precast concrete industry. Responsibilities
Maintenance & Reliability: Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on critical assets including batching plants, concrete mixers, hydraulic systems, and cranes to minimize downtime.
Production Support: Provide technical guidance for machinery setup and calibration, monitoring Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to meet daily operational targets.
Installation & Commissioning: Oversee the testing and integration of new production line machinery and molds, ensuring seamless transitions from vendor delivery to full operation.
Safety & Compliance: Conduct rigorous safety inspections and risk assessments, ensuring all mechanical activities align with international HSE policies and industry standards.
Continuous Improvement: Lead Lean/Kaizen initiatives to enhance energy consumption, process efficiency, and equipment lifespan through optimized maintenance schedules.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field preferred).
Experience: 3–7 years in industrial maintenance, specifically within the Precast Industry, concrete manufacturing, or heavy machinery plants.
Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, welding, and fabrication.
System Proficiency: Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and the ability to interpret P&IDs and technical drawings.
Competencies: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced industrial setting.

المسؤوليات
الصيانة وموثوقية المعدات: تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للأصول الحيوية مثل محطات الخلط، خلاطات الخرسانة، الأنظمة الهيدروليكية، والرافعات لتقليل فترات التوقف.
دعم الإنتاج: تقديم التوجيه الفني لضبط ومعايرة الآلات، ومراقبة فاعلية المعدات (OEE) لتحقيق أهداف الإنتاج اليومية.
التركيب والتشغيل: الإشراف على اختبار ودمج آلات خطوط الإنتاج الجديدة والقوالب، وضمان الانتقال السلس من استلام المورد إلى التشغيل الكامل.
السلامة والامتثال: إجراء عمليات تفتيش دقيقة وتقييم المخاطر لضمان توافق جميع الأنشطة الميكانيكية مع سياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة العالمية.
التحسين المستمر: قيادة مبادرات "Lean/Kaizen" لتعزيز كفاءة استهلاك الطاقة والعمليات، وإطالة عمر المعدات من خلال جداول صيانة محسنة.
المتطلبات
المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة).
الخبرة: من 3 إلى 7 سنوات في الصيانة الصناعية، وتحديداً في صناعة الخرسانة مسبقة الصب (Precast) أو مصانع الآلات الثقيلة.
المعرفة الفنية: خبرة عميقة في الأنظمة الهيدروليكية، النيوماتيكية، السيور الناقلة، المضخات، واللحام والتصنيع.
المهارات التقنية: الإلمام بأنظمة إدارة الصيانة المحوسبة (CMMS) والقدرة على تفسير المخططات التقنية ورسومات الـ P&ID.
الكفاءات: مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط في بيئة صناعية سريعة الوتيرة.
