Available Positions
Brand Manager: To lead our identity, marketing strategies, and market presence.
Coffee Manager: To oversee quality, sourcing, and the technical artistry of our brew.
Coffee Shop Manager: To ensure seamless daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Driver: To handle our logistics and distribution (Salary: 300 KD).
Responsibilities
Managers: Develop operational strategies, manage teams, and maintain the highest standards of coffee quality and service.
Brand Manager: Execute creative campaigns and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
Driver: Ensure safe and timely deliveries while maintaining the vehicle and following Kuwait's traffic laws.
Monitor performance metrics and contribute to the company’s overall growth and reputation.
General Requirements
Experience: Proven relevant experience in the same role (F&B/Coffee background preferred for managers).
Location: Candidates must be currently inside Kuwait.
Residency: Must hold a Valid Transferable Residency (Visa 18).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

الوظائف المتاحة
مدير علامة تجارية (Brand Manager): لقيادة هويتنا، استراتيجيات التسويق، وتواجدنا في السوق.
مدير قهوة (Coffee Manager): للإشراف على الجودة، التوريد، والجانب الفني لتحضير القهوة.
مدير مقهى (Coffee Shop Manager): لضمان سلاسة العمليات اليومية وتقديم تجربة استثنائية للضيوف.
سائق: لتولي مهام اللوجستيات والتوزيع (الراتب: 300 دينار كويتي).
المسؤوليات
المديرين: تطوير استراتيجيات التشغيل، إدارة الفرق، والحفاظ على أعلى معايير الجودة والخدمة.
مدير العلامة التجارية: تنفيذ حملات إبداعية وضمان اتساق العلامة التجارية في جميع القنوات.
السائق: ضمان التوصيل الآمن وفي الوقت المحدد مع الحفاظ على المركبة والالتزام بقوانين المرور.
مراقبة مقاييس الأداء والمساهمة في النمو العام للشركة وسمعتها.
المتطلبات العامة
الخبرة: خبرة سابقة مثبتة في نفس الدور الوظيفي (يفضل خلفية في قطاع الأغذية والمقاهي للمناصب الإدارية).
الموقع: يجب أن يكون المتقدمون داخل دولة الكويت حالياً.
الإقامة: يجب توفر إقامة سارية قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18).
مهارات قوية في القيادة، التواصل، والتنظيم.
