المسؤوليات

• عمليات السلامة: تنفيذ بروتوكولات السلامة لضمان بيئة عمل خالية من المخاطر، والاعتماد على خبرتك الفنية لمنع الحوادث المهنية.

• خدمة العملاء والخدمات اللوجستية: إدارة عمليات الكاونتر، التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء بكفاءة، ومعالجة الطلبات والفواتير بدقة عالية.

• قيادة المركبات الثقيلة: استخدام مهارات القيادة لدعم العمليات اللوجستية والنقل داخل القاعدة بأمان وانضباط.

• التواصل: العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية وتقديم تواصل احترافي باللغة الإنجليزية مع أعضاء الفريق وسكان القاعدة.

المتطلبات

• الشهادات: يجب حيازة رخصة قيادة كويتية (عامة/ثقيلة) سارية المفعول (شرط أساسي).

• الخبرة:

  • مسؤولي السلامة: خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال السلامة (تقبل الخبرة المكتسبة في الهند).

  • موظفي الكاونتر: قدرة مثبتة على التعامل مع خدمة العملاء والعمليات الحسابية البسيطة.

• وضع الإقامة: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً داخل الكويت مع إقامة قابلة للتحويل (جاهز للتحويل الفوري).

• المهارات: إجادة مهارات التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية واللياقة البدنية للعمل في بيئة نشطة.

• السمات الشخصية: الحماس، اللباقة في التعامل، الموثوقية، والانضباط التام في المواعيد.
