CNC Operator – Woodworking
Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Expertly operating CNC machines (3-Axis, 4-Axis, and 5-Axis) for various wood and wood-based materials.
Technical Interpretation: Reading and interpreting detailed shop drawings, technical blueprints, and CAD/CAM files with precision.
Setup & Precision: Setting up tools, bits, fixtures, and materials to perform routing, cutting, drilling, and engraving with high accuracy.
Quality & Maintenance: Ensuring all outputs meet client specifications while performing routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Safety & Coordination: Collaborating with design and finishing teams while strictly adhering to workshop safety and cleanliness standards.
Requirements
Professional Experience: Proven track record as a CNC Operator specifically in woodworking, joinery, or carpentry.
Material Knowledge: Strong understanding of various materials including MDF, plywood, solid wood, veneer, and laminates.
Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with industry software such as ArtCAM, Aspire, or similar programs.
Residency & Visa: Currently residing in Kuwait (or willing to relocate) with a preference for those holding a transferable visa.
Personal Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently under production pressure.

المسؤوليات
تشغيل الماكينات: تشغيل ماكينات CNC (3، 4، أو 5 محاور) باحترافية للتعامل مع مختلف المواد الخشبية.
التفسير التقني: قراءة وفهم المخططات التنفيذية، الرسومات الفنية، وملفات CAD/CAM بدقة عالية.
التجهيز والدقة: إعداد الأدوات، والريش، والمواد اللازمة للقيام بمهام الحفر، والقطع، والثقب بدقة متناهية.
الجودة والصيانة: ضمان مطابقة الإنتاج لمواصفات العميل مع إجراء الصيانة الدورية للأجهزة وإصلاح الأعطال الأساسية.
السلامة والتنسيق: التعاون مع فرق التصميم والتشطيب والالتزام التام بقواعد السلامة ونظافة الورشة.
المتطلبات
الخبرة المهنية: خبرة مثبتة كمشغل CNC خاصة في مجال النجارة والديكور الخشبي.
معرفة المواد: فهم قوي لأنواع الأخشاب المختلفة مثل MDF، الخشب الرقائقي، الخشب الصلب، والقشرة.
إتقان البرمجيات: خبرة عملية في برامج CNC مثل ArtCAM أو Aspire أو ما يشابهها.
الإقامة والتأشيرة: التواجد الحالي في الكويت (أو الاستعداد للانتقال) مع تفضيل حاملي الإقامة القابلة للتحويل.
السمات الشخصية: دقة متناهية في التفاصيل والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل تحت ضغط الإنتاج.
